There’s soooo much research and science out there now, but people still aren’t recognising and accepting the impact “low fat” foods are having on our health.
Low fat = cardboard = the need for sugar to make things taste good!

Do you know what food tastes like when the fat has been taken out? Like cardboard, no one would eat it.

There are many foods that are seen as ‘healthy’ just because of a label. ‘Low Fat’ is plastered across too many things giving us all the impression that the product will be good for us. Often fruit juices and food have this on it. Yet fruit and vegetables do not need this label. Yes, I know it is obvious that they are one of your five a day, but often the products that have need this label are a lot less healthy than we think.
